Due to reasons out of our control, the vendor of our current Intouch branded Anti-Virus software has decided to discontinue the support of this product.
Effective November 1st, 2009 - the Intouch Anti-Virus subscription software service will NO LONGER FUNCTION.
We very much regret the suppliers decision to discontinue this service and have done our best to argue our case that :
a) they should not discontinue the service
- and/or -
b) they should provide us more time to prepare our customers for this change.
Our requests have been denied.
Our billing system rate plans will be updated to reflect this change and all customers currently on a rate plan that includes access to the Anti-Virus feature will automatically be downgraded to the Acceleration only package. There will be NO ACTION REQUIRED on your end.
Any customers who have already mailed in payment for future services will have a credit applied to their accounts equal to any overage paid as compared to the pricing of the new service plan being assigned. If you feel your account has not received the proper credit, please send a message to billing@intouchmi.com and be sure to include your Customer ID (account) Number in your message.
In order to continue to provide our customers the best possible solution for safe and secure web browsing; we are making available annual subscriptions to a much more up to date AntiVirus + AntiSpyware software solution. This new product is branded as "VIPRE" and it is owned by an American company headquarted in Clearwater, Florida!
About 8 months ago we switched our own internal network security over to the VIPRE product and we have been VERY satisfied with the results. We have been an Authorized Partner of VIPRE for about 6 months now and have activated this solution on close to 100 customer computers. The overall reception to VIPRE has been fantastic across the board with a 100% satisfaction score amongst those customers. VIPRE is one of the highest rated consumer grade AntiVirus + AntiSpyware software solutions on the market.
If your computer is on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, or the new Windows 7 VIPRE is your best option for an AntiVirus + AntiSpyware solution.

Orders will have to be paid online by credit/debit card at time of order. Once a paid order is received by us, we will activate a subscription and mail you an installation CD along with the registration information for your subscription. The subscription period will not start counting down until you have installed the software. There will be several options available. There are discounted prices for all options. If you have multiple computers in your household (3 or more), the "Home Site License" is an EXCELLENT value!
