Dear Members,

It seems there's been some confusion regarding the alert we've posted asking each of your to update or verify the current "Contact" email address we have on file for each of you.

In order to better explain what we are asking for, I've come up with the following tutorial, using screenshots, and I hope this does a better job of it.

Please read the ENTIRE instruction before actually completing the task.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If there is MORE THAN ONE person using your dialup account, please note that this task is ONLY for the PRIMARY person on the account (the one that is responsible for paying the bill).

Step 1.  Click on the "UPDATE EMAIL" link on the LEFT side of the "Members" webpage.

Step 2.  You will see a screen asking for your username and password.  YOU NEED TO ENTER THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD OF YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION.  This is NOT NECESSARILY the same username and password for your email account.

Step 3.  Upon successful login to the Customer Interface website (this is a secure website), you will see this screen.

Step 4.  Look at the field labeled "Current Contact Email"....is this the email address you use most frequently?

Step 5.  If you answered "yes" to my question in Step 4, then click the "Logout" tab and you are all done.  There's nothing for you to change.  Thank You!  If you answered "no" to the question in Step 4, go to Step 6.

Step 6.  So we don't have the correct email address on file for you; now we need you to type in your Correct email address (that you use most frequently) in the field labeled "New Contact Email".

Step 7.  Now click the "Update" button.

Step 8.  Confirm the new address you just entered is now listed in the "Current Contact Email" field.  If everything looks good, click the "Logout" tab and you're all done!  If it's still wrong, go back to Step 6. and try again.
