Personally, I'm not getting too excited about this.  Yeah, we might see a reduction in Spam for a week or so, but my guess is that someone will take over the operation while this guy is detained. 

Arresting him doesn't heal the "zombie" computers that he has used in his spamming network.  It just takes him away from pushing the button.  I would be surprised if he hadn't taught at least one other person to do the task also.
