Our newest Website Spotlight feature is for the Eastern Michigan Thumb & Landlord Association.  EMTLA was voluntarily formed by a group of individual landlords that feel their industry should be self-regulated instead of guided by mandates from local government agencies.

I think their Mission Statement describes them the best... "to promote safe, affordable housing through the cooperation and professionalism of members and tenants for the betterment of the communities."

We'd like to welcome the Antique Toy and Firehouse Museum in Bay City, Michigan to our family of web customers!

This museum is home to over 60 motorized fire trucks – the largest collection of fire trucks in the world. The museum also contains more than 12,000 antique and collectible toys, many of them fire, police and rescue vehicles.
