Service Termination Policy

Rate plan terminations are subject to the following guidelines.

Monthly Rate Plans:  Monthly invoiced rate plans may be terminated upon request of the account holder at any time during a billing cycle.  Intouch Internet Services, Inc. does not pro-rate billing and as such, the account will be left active until the end of the billing cycle in which the properly requested termination was received by Intouch Internet Services, Inc.

Annual Rate Plans:  Annually invoiced rate plans may be terminated upon request of the account holder at any time during a billing cycle (year).  Intouch Internet Services, Inc. does not pro-rate billing and refunds for prepaid annual services are not provided as it is agreed that by receiving substantially discounted rates the member is agreeing to maintain those services for the period of the prepaid billing cycle (year).  Properly submitted requests for termination will allow for the services to remain active and useable by the member until the end of the prepaid billing cycle.

Risk Free Trial Period for Annual Rate Plans:  Any new customer who activates services with Intouch Internet Services, Inc. after March 31st, 2007 on an Annual Rate plan will be allowed a "Risk Free" period of the first 30 days from time of account creation in our billing system in which they may decide to terminate the services without penalty and receive a full refund of prepayments for that service.  A "New" customer is defined as an account holder that has not previously received nor is currently receiving services of any type form Intouch Internet Services, Inc.  Any existing customers who are currently in a billing cycle prior to April 1, 2007 at an Annual Rate Plan are hereby allowed until Noon (EST) on April 30th, 2007 in which to terminate their service and receive a prorated refund for the prepaid services they wish to terminate.  After that date, no refunds will be provided for any termination of Annual Rate Plan services.

Payment Authorization

You agree to authorize Intouch Internet Services, Inc. to process any payments made by you whether in paper form or electronically using any means we so choose.  This includes our ability to convert your paper check into an electonic transaction.  It also agreed that shall your account become delinquent in its billing status and/or you fail to make final payment upon termination of your account, Intouch Internet Services, Inc. may, at our sole discretion, attempt to obtain payment by electronic means using any credit card, debit card, or checking account that you have previously used for making payment to us in the past.


Email termination of your Service will not be accepted. Please use one of the following options below.  Customer service representatives will require you to provide the Account Password in order to process an account cancellation. 


Termination of Service which is plainly marked upon a copy of a recent billing notification from Intouch Internet Services, Inc. will be accepted via registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to:
