The server has now been stable for more than 24 hours, so I feel comfortable updating this notice.
Our customer account database had to be restored from a backup. Payments received on Friday the 21st, Monday the 24th, and Tuesday the 25th had to be reentered into the system today. Any invoices that might have generated over those days were also regenerated today. Some customers may be seeing payment receipt emails for payments you have already received a receipt for. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We would like to thank everyone for their patience while we corrected this problem.

Problems with the database server still exist. We are sorry for the delay in resolving this issue, however due to the sensitivity of the data on this server, we must proceed with caution.
Services effected by this issue include New Account setups, Payment receiving, Account Data Modifications, Billing Notifications, and other similar account level activities.
THIS DOES NOT EFFECT DIAL UP INTERNET ACCESS OR EMAIL SERVICES.
There are also a handful of customer websites that are effected due to the SQL services not being available.
We are continuing to work on resolving the issue and updates will be posted here as soon as possible.

We are experiencing problems with a primary database server today. These are the same problems that were intermittent over this last weekend.
For dial up internet and email service users - this problem is NOT service related. Some website customers may be experiencing problems with the databases that drive their website data. We apologize for this inconvenience. At this time, we are not able to access customer data or enter payments into our billing system or online customer management interface.
If you are calling our office for support, please be prepared that we may not be able to fully assist you until this server is fully functional again today. You may also experience longer than normal waits before speaking with a help desk representative.
Technicians are in the process of correcting the issue and updates will be posted here.
Thank You for your Patience.
