The new Intouch web mail interface has a dramatically different "look and feel" than its predecessor.  While there are many differences between our old mail and this new one, the focus of this page will be to review some of the primary functions of the new system.  Here are some screenshots of the interface with notes on some of the features involved.

LOGIN - There are no major changes to the login process for our webmail service.  The login screen will look like this:

INITIAL LOGGED IN SCREEN - This is where you'll notice the biggest "appearance" difference between the old and new software.  The new interface is designed with speed in mind.  Very little graphics are used in this software.

CHANGING THE LOOK - Clicking on the "Options" text link at the top of the page will open a list of options.  Clicking on the "DISPLAY PREFERENCES" link will open a box that allows the user to change the color scheme of the mail interface.  After choosing the color theme, clicking on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page will save the change and put you back at the "OPTIONS" menu.

The screen will need to be REFRESHED in order to see the changes.  This is done by either clicking the refresh button in your web browser toolbar, or clicking on the "Refresh Page" link that now appears in the options screen.

NEW COLOR THEME - The new color theme will not be present throughout the web service.

COMPOSING NEW EMAIL - This process is very straight-forward and self-explanatory.  The COMPOSE screen looks like this.

ADDRESS BOOK / CONTACTS - The address book will already have your current contact lists imported into it.  The Address Book main page has a simple form for adding new contacts.  Just be sure to give the entry a unique "nickname" for ease of use.

CALENDAR - The calendar feature is also a very easy to use module.  Clicking on the CALENDAR link brings you to a basic layout like this.

Clicking on a specific date in the calendar will open that individual day - displaying all entries you have entered previously as well as offering an ADD button for new events.
